Do I have to spray or soak the used diapers?
Nope! Just toss them into your diaper pail, same as you would a disposable.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $25 a week for our prefold subscription. This includes everything you need to cloth diaper - as many prefold diapers as your baby needs, six covers, 2 Snappi's, and a laundry bag, along with weekly washing of the diapers and cloth diapering help and support. You will be billed $100 at the beginning of every four week cycle. We also have a one-time $25 setup cost that goes along with your first payment.
Our fitted diaper subscription is $40 per week for half fitted diapers and half prefolds and $50 a week for all fitted diapers. Fitted diapers make for quicker and easier diaper changes and are more similar to how you would put on a disposable diaper.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. You may cancel at via text, phone call, or email. We recommend that you give cloth diapering a try for the full four weeks and we do not offer refunds for weeks left unused.

What products are used to wash the diapers?
We use extremely hot water (170 degrees +) and detergent formulated exclusively for baby linens to wash our diapers. We are committed to using harmless and ecofriendly ingredients like hydrogen peroxide (our main ingredient) to clean our diaper laundry. (Occasionally we may need to use a very small amount of chlorine bleach. This is common in cloth diapering.) There are no fragrances used in the processing of the diapers. Our diapers are p.H balanced to your baby’s skin which helps prevent rashes.
What about the smell?
We recommend a good diaper pail (the Diaper Dekor Plus is especially recommended since it fits our laundry bags nicely) and one or two reusable diaper pail bags so that you can change out your pail midweek. Our laundry bags are made out of impermeable vinyl and keep the smell in just as well as a plastic trash bag would.
What if I go on vacation?
Contact us via phone call, email, or text to arrange a pause on your subscription. Please do not leave used diapers sitting at your house during the time you are gone. Just make sure you arrange a time for us to pick up the last of your used diapers right before you head out.
What options do you have for baby shower gifts?
We offer beautifully and sustainably packaged gift cards as well as cloth diaper cakes for baby showers. You can select a basic diaper cake that you decorate yourself or we can custom decorate it to complement your shower theme. We also offer diaper funds so your loved ones can easily give and add funds to your account with us.
How can I add your service to my baby shower registry?
We recommend adding our diaper funds as that will provide you with the most flexibility along with ease of use for your friends and family in giving. Both BabyList and Amazon allow you to add products from our website to your registry. Please follow the directions they give to add products from other websites onto your registry with them.

How long before I want to start service should I sign up?
We recommend signing up a minimum of one month before your due date, and we welcome even earlier signups. During checkout, you'll be able to choose when you would like your first delivery.
Once we drop off your first delivery we will pause your subscription until you let us know that baby has arrived and you're ready to start regular deliveries.
