Terms of service

I understand and agree that all diapering products (pre-folds, doublers, diaper covers, laundry transport bags, etc.) that I received from Wholesome Diaper Co. are rented and do not belong to me. I agree to return all the diaper supplies that I receive from them after use and at the conclusion of using their service. I understand that keeping, selling, or giving away any diapering products of theirs is theft and that I will be personally responsible and legally liable for financially reimbursing Wholesome Diaper Co. for the missing items as well as any additional fees they decide upon. This does not apply to retail products that are available for purchase (Lusa Organics Booty Balm, gift items, etc.) 

I agree that I will not accumulate an excess of diapers. In the event that I have over 10 pre-folds or more than 1 diaper cover at the end of a week of service, I will adjust my weekly order accordingly. 

I understand that my used diapers should be set outside no later than 8 AM on my pickup day and that if the driver has to make an extra trip it could result in an additional charge between $5-$25. 

I understand and agree that Snappi’s are rented, but are not supposed to go in the laundry and will be hand washed at home.

I understand and agree that the diaper covers are rented, but will be washed at home unless I choose the weekly diaper cover washing subscription add-on. 

I understand that some diaper rash creams/ointments,etc can decrease the absorbability of cloth diapers. I agree to not use any diaper rash paste/cream unless it is marked 'Cloth Diaper Safe'. If I do have to use a regular ointment/paste/cream then I will use a liner on top of the diaper to protect it. 

I agree to not use Wholesome Diaper Co.'s cloth diapers during the first few days after birth when my baby is pooping meconium. 

I agree to NOT hold Wholesome Diaper Co. responsible for any personal items mistakenly placed in my laundry bags.

I understand that Wholesome Diaper Co. has the right to discontinue items and adjust prices and otherwise make changes to the subscription terms and subscription items as they see fit. 

I understand and agree that Wholesome Diaper Co. has the full right to bill me for any items that were lost, missing, or damaged while in my possession or for items that were not returned to them if I do not respond to them after three (3) message attempts to contact me and schedule a pickup.

I agree to receive text message alerts and reminders from Wholesome Diaper Co.
