Do I need to soak or spray the diapers?
Nope! Just toss them into your diaper pail, same as you would a disposable.
Note: Our subscription comes with six diaper covers (waterproof outers) that you can wash yourself at home. Just add Cover Service to your subscription and we'll wash the covers for you too!
Do you deliver to my location?
The maps below show our delivery area. Inside the black outline is our main service area with free delivery.
Inside the blue outlines are the locations that can receive home delivery for an additional delivery charge of $10 per month.

If you are slightly outside the line and curious if we can accomodate to your location, please do reach out to us and we would be happy to try to arrange something for you.
Should I sign up before or after my baby arrives?
We recommend signing up at least 1-2 months before your due date. We only open up a certain number of slots each month to keep inventory levels balanced, so the sooner you reserve your spot the better.
During checkout, you'll be able to select the date that you'd like to receive your first delivery. We recommend choosing a date 1-2 weeks before your due date. If baby arrives early, we can move your delivery date up to accomodate!
Once we drop off your first delivery we can pause your subscription for up to four weeks while you wait for your baby to arrive.
How can I add your service to my baby shower registry?
We recommend opening a diaper fund and adding that to your baby shower registry as that will provide you with the most flexibility along with ease of use for your friends and family in giving.
You can add your diaper fund link to your Babylist, Poppy List, or Be Her Village registry and it will take them directly to your diaper fund page.
How are the diapers washed?
Our diapers are laundered in hospital-grade commercial laundry facilities design to thoroughly clean and sterilize linens with efficient water usage.
We use extremely hot water (170 degrees +) and detergent formulated exclusively for baby linens to wash our diapers.
We are committed to using harmless and eco-friendly ingredients like hydrogen peroxide and oxygen bleach to process the diaper laundry.
There are no dyes or fragrances used in the processing of the diapers.
In the last rinse cycle, the diapers are ph balanced to match a baby’s skin which helps prevent rashes.
What's the difference between the Weekly Delivery and One Time Purchase choice?
We recommend selecting the Weekly Delivery option. This saves your payment information and automatically renews for another month of diaper service when you're ready. You will receive an email notification 24 hours beforehand and can cancel at anytime.
The One Time Purchase is designed for gift subscriptions when you want to gift someone a single month of service that does not auto-renew. Once the month has been completed, you or your gift receipient will need to manually place another order to continue receiving diapers.
How many diapers do you send me each week?
We send you as many diapers as your baby needs per week. (90 max)
We start newborns off at 70 diapers for the first delivery and older babies start at 50 diapers.
Your delivery quantity can be easily adjusted up or down by sending us a quick text or email.
What's the difference between the Prefold and Premium Diapers?
The two different subscriptions have different styles of diaper inserts.
The prefold ($150/month) has 100% cotton inserts that require some simple folding to put it on your baby. (We'll show you exactly how to do this and make it super easy to learn the ropes!)
The premium inserts ($225/month) are organic cotton and hemp and also feature a stay-dry liner as the top layer to help baby feel less wetness. No folding is required- they simply snap into the covers for an easier and slightly quicker diaper change.
