Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our cloth diaper service is local-only to ensure the highest quality of care, freshness, and reliability for our families.

We currently provide delivery and pickup service exclusively within the following areas:

We do not ship diapers via mail or carrier services, and we do not deliver outside of these service areas at this time.

All diapers are delivered and collected through our scheduled local delivery routes.
Delivery days and times are assigned based on your location and route availability.
- Fort Worth and the Mid-Cities area have a Tuesday delivery day.
- The Dallas side of the metroplex receives their deliveries every Wednesday.
- Diapers arrived in a clean laundry bag and are delivered directly to your designated drop-off location (e.g., porch, doorstep, or approved area).

If you are just slightly outside of the delivery area displayed on our website (See the FAQ section), feel free to contact us directly via phone, email, or the live chat option on our website to see if we can accomodate with delivery to your location.
If you move outside of our delivery zones, service will need to be discontinued before your relocation date.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address within our service area.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or inaccessible locations will result in you still being charged for the weekly diaper delivery even if you don't receive the diapers that week.

Delivery may be paused for vacations, hospital stays, or special circumstances with advance notice.
Weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause minor delivery delays; we will communicate promptly if this occurs.
