Before Service Begins

Cancellations made before your first delivery are eligible for a full refund.
After Service Has Started

Once your first delivery has occurred, no refunds will be issued for used or unused diapers.

You may cancel future service at any time with at least 24 hours notice before your next scheduled pickup/delivery. No additional charges will be applied beyond that period.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive diapers that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and we will promptly replace the affected items at no additional cost.
Pausing or Ending Service

Service may be paused for up to four weeks for vacations, NICU stays, or other special circumstances with advance notice.

When ending service, all service-owned items must be returned in good condition (normal wear and tear expected). Missing or excessively damaged items may be subject to a replacement fee.Â
