1. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Wholesome Diaper Co. LLC ("Sponsor"), located in Grand Prairie, Texas.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

Reside in Dallas County or Tarrant County, Texas;

Are new customers of Wholesome Diaper Co. LLC;
-
Have a baby under one (1) year of age or are currently pregnant with a baby at the time of service start.
Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, as well as current or former customers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
Entries will be accepted beginning on the date the promotion goes live and ending at 11:59 PM Central Time on February 7, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official entry form by submitting a valid email address and phone numberduring the Sweepstakes Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is required.
By entering, participants consent to receive communications from Sponsor via email, phone call, text message, and direct message, and to be added to Sponsor’s email list. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive three (3) months (12 weeks) of free cloth diaper service, with an approximate retail value of $450.
The prize includes:

12-week rental of:

One (1) laundry bag
-
Two (2) Snappi fasteners
-
Six (6) diaper covers
-
-
Weekly delivery for 12 weeks of cloth diaper inserts for one (1) baby, up to a maximum of 70 inserts per week

Washing of inserts included
After the first two (2) weeks of service, weekly deliveries will consist of the same quantity of inserts returned the previous week.
All diapers and items provided as part of the prize are rental items and remain the property of Wholesome Diaper Co. LLC. All rental items must be returned in full at the conclusion of the 12-week subscription period or upon cancellation of service, whichever occurs first.
6. Prize Restrictions & Conditions

Prize is valid for new customers only.

Prize cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

Service must begin within six (6) months of winner notification.
-
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.

Any additional services, products, or upgrades not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All diapers and items provided are rental items and must be used as intended for cloth diapering.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the winner’s service at any time if the winner is found to be misusing rental items, failing to properly care for or return rental items, or if it is determined that the winner does not have a baby under one (1) year of age who is actively in diapers. In the event of cancellation for these reasons, the winner must return all rental items immediately and will forfeit the remainder of the prize.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
The winner will be notified by phone call and email using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, social media handle, likeness, and/or entry for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wholesome Diaper Co. LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
10. Meta Platform Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., including Facebook and Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility related to this promotion.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
