Nannies, nanny shares, and in-home daycares will likely be the most flexible options when it comes to catering to how you want your baby diapered.
If you plan to go with a daycare center, be sure to ask about their policies regarding cloth diapers. Some good questions would be: Do you currently have any cloth diapered babies? What style of cloth diapers do you accept or not accept? Do your childcare teachers have experience with using cloth diapers?
